Pay for outcomes, not seats
Workspace subscription + active builders + agent credits. One transparent model that scales with the work you actually ship — not the headcount on your org chart.
We’re finalizing public price points with design partners during pre-GA. Start a pilot today and lock founder pricing for Year 1.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a plan for individual developers?
- Yes — Solo at $15/mo for a single user working in personal repos. It includes a small credit pool with a hard cap (no overage; upgrade for more capacity). Team features like multi-builder workflows, governance, audit, and team integrations are not part of Solo — those live on Starter and above. When you invite a teammate, we'll spin up a team workspace and offer a 14-day Growth trial.
- How is PRISM priced?
- Three axes: a plan-tier subscription that anchors governance, identity, and SLA; per-active-builder pricing that aligns with realized value; and a metered agent-credit pool that scales with workflow execution. Specific values are being finalized with our design partners during the pre-GA period.
- What counts as an active builder?
- A unique user who took at least one billable action in the billing month — created or edited a workflow, triggered an agent run, approved an agent gate, or reviewed and merged an agent-authored change. Read-only dashboard viewers, observers, and admins who only manage settings do not count.
- What is an agent credit?
- One normalized unit of orchestrated agent work. Credits factor model inference (input and output tokens), sandbox compute, and tool invocations into a single transparent unit. Every billable action is reproducible in your workspace dashboard.
- What happens if I exceed my credit pool?
- You receive alerts at 80% and 100% of pool utilization. Starter and Growth default to a hard cap (off by default for Scale and Enterprise). Overage is billed monthly in arrears at your tier's per-1,000-credit rate. You can configure spend caps and notification recipients at any time.
- Do credits roll over?
- Scale and Enterprise plans roll over unused credits for one billing period. Starter and Growth do not. Annual commitments include a committed pool; unused credits at year-end are not refunded.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every Growth plan starts with a 14-day trial including a prorated credit pool. Enterprise customers can engage in a scoped paid pilot (6–8 weeks); 100% of the pilot fee credits to the Year 1 annual subscription if you convert within 30 days.
- Can I bring my own LLM credits (BYO-model)?
- Yes, on Enterprise. We charge a reduced platform fee plus a flat orchestration overhead per active builder. Your model provider receives the data directly; PRISM remains the audit and orchestration plane. Details are spelled out in the order-form rider.
- Do you offer outcome-based pricing?
- Yes, as an Enterprise overlay after 90 days of baseline production usage. You pay a floor ACV plus an earnout tied to measured outcomes like PR cycle time, time-to-merge, or release frequency. Available at contract renewal once we have a defensible baseline together.
- How do upgrades and downgrades work?
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal — current entitlements remain until then. Adding SAML, SCIM, custom retention, or audit export triggers a tier upgrade conversation.
- What about security and compliance?
- RBAC and audit logs are included on every tier. Scale adds full audit export and SAML. Enterprise adds SCIM, DLP, residency, BYO keys, and private networking. SOC 2 Type I targeted Q4 2026; Type II in 2027.
